Acceptance of Terms
By navigating deckvanta.com and purchasing our botanical or historical playing card editions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our services or acquiring our products.
Products & Pricing
We strive to accurately display the colors, embossing, and foil details of our decks. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the nature of metallic inks, the actual product may differ slightly. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any limited-edition deck at our discretion.
Securing an Order
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation missive. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, or pricing errors within our catalog.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are meticulously packed and dispatched from our York facility. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Deckvanta Archival Ltd. is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, postal strikes, or severe weather conditions. Orders exceeding £75 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
Intellectual Property
All content within this domain, including but not limited to card illustrations, tuck box designs, logos, text, and archival photography, is the exclusive property of Deckvanta Archival Ltd. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our copper-plate inspired artwork or botanical motifs without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deckvanta Archival Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the acquisition of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the items in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
