Archival Inquiries
Yes. We utilize fully tracked, premium courier services to ensure your artifacts arrive globally without damage. Customs duties are the responsibility of the archivist.
A limited edition deck, such as the Hemlock Reserve, is printed in a strict, unrepeated run. Once the master plates are struck, they are destroyed. We will never reprint a limited colorway or foil combination.
Gilded edges are sensitive to humidity. Store them in a climate-controlled environment, ideally inside an acrylic carat case or the original walnut Vault to prevent the metal leaf from oxidizing prematurely.
Due to the consumable nature of playing cards and the integrity of the archival seal, we can only accept returns on fully sealed, unopened decks within 30 days of acquisition. Review our full Return Codex for details.
Absolutely not. We despise cheap plastic playing cards. Our decks are printed on sustainable, crushed paper stocks and coated with a micro-thin, breathable archival varnish that maintains a natural paper feel.
Yes, all Vault sets and specific Artist Series decks include a heavy letterpress certificate of authenticity, hand-numbered and signed by the master engraver in our York studio.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our highly secure, encrypted checkout gateway. Prices are processed in GBP.
Custom gilding services are occasionally offered to Registry members during special private events. Ensure you are signed up for our newsletter to receive invitations for bespoke vault services.
