The 30-Day Window
We accept returns on all eligible items within 30 days of your order's delivery date. If 30 days have elapsed since your decks arrived at your estate, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We advise inspecting your items promptly upon arrival.
Condition of Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your playing cards must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and strictly in their original, unbroken cellophane packaging. Due to the delicate nature of our crushed stock and metallic foils, opened decks cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support desk at support@deckvanta.com with your order number and the reason for return. Our archivists will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to safely package and dispatch the items back to our York facility.
Appraisal & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
Exchanges for Damages
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in transit. If you receive a crushed tuck box or a deck with manufacturing flaws, please email us immediately with photographic evidence. We will gladly exchange it for the same item, ensuring your collection remains pristine.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain curiosities cannot be returned. These include digital gift cards, downloadable art prints, and items marked as "Final Sale." Additionally, limited-edition collector sets (such as The Apothecary Vault) that have had their brass seals broken or tampered with are strictly non-refundable.
